Project Quality Engineer - WS

As a Project Quality Engineer - WS, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements.

• During EPC (Engineering Procure Construct) tendering and project execution phases, verify contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled, maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Monitor compliance with codes, standards and customer specifications (e.g., API, ASME, ISO, ASTM, NACE, DNV).
• Prepare and present quality‑related reports such as QA/QC dashboard and final documentation dossiers for client approvals, including investigation and improvement reports.
• Identify opportunities for quality improvement through lessons learned and root cause analysis.
• Promote a culture of quality awareness and provide training and mentoring to project staff on QA/QC practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field (advantageous).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in QA/QC roles within oil & gas, petrochemical or energy sectors, with at least 3 additional years in QA Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of EPC project lifecycle and relevant internal standards (ASME, API, ISO, DNV, etc.).
• Product knowledge in Subsea Production System (advantageous). Knowledge in Pressure Testing, Factory Acceptance Test and Integration Test preferred.
• Experience with vendor inspections preferred.
• Certification in ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor and/or ASQ CQE preferred.
• Ability to travel minimally (10% per month as needed).
