Senior Engineer Equipment Engineering

Responsibilities

• Analysis, controlling and improvement of Equipment KPIs (e.g., OEE, UDT, SDT, MTBA, MTBF, etc.).
• Proficient in understanding machine elements (electrical & electronics, sensor & pneumatic, PLC) and performing extensive and complex repairs on existing equipment.
• Oversee the production of equipment, provide & maintain documentation for equipment, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
• Define critical parts life span and consumption based on part function knowledge & material behavior, evaluation, OEM reference, etc.
• Create and review maintenance PFMEA; recover, investigate & implement countermeasures to prevent repetitive breakdown by analyzing critical alarms.

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with electronic production equipment, automation systems, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of electronic systems, electrical circuits, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, electronic diagrams, and machine drawings.
