We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer who is passionate about power plant reliability, mechanical maintenance, and continuous improvement. If you have strong technical expertise in rotating equipment and power generation systems, we'd love to hear from you.

• Plan and execute Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance activities for mechanical equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to improve plant reliability and minimize forced outages.
• Support major maintenance activities including Minor and Major Overhauls.
• Review engineering drawings, P&IDs, and provide technical recommendations for system modifications and performance improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors during maintenance and project execution.
• Prepare technical specifications for spare parts, materials, and maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, LOTO procedures, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and applicable industry regulations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Electrical, Instrument & Control, and external stakeholders to ensure safe and reliable plant operation.

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance or Engineering.
• Experience in Power Plant industry is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, HRSG, Pumps, Compressors, Piping Systems, Cooling Towers, and power generation thermodynamic cycles.
• Certified in SKTTK / Sertifikat Kompetensi Tenaga Teknik Ketenagalistrikan (Serkom) is preferred.
• Familiar with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, and Reliability Engineering.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3, and HSE best practices.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
