Biz Link Group is seeking a SMT PCBA Process Engineer to support manufacturing by improving production processes, troubleshooting engineering issues, and conducting process validation to ensure quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities include ensuring SOP compliance, improving FPY and OEE, troubleshooting equipment, and coordinating setup and optimization of SMT equipment such as Screen Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, and AOI.
