Senior Packagingand Labeling Engineertoleadthedevelopment ,validation,andexecutionofpackagingandlabelingsolutionsforourproducts.

Thisroleinvolvesworkingwithvendorstobuildandvalidatingpackagingmachines,ensuringcompliancewithregulatoryrequirements,andoptimizingpackagingprocessestoimproveefficiencyandsustainability.

Theidealcandidatewillbringexpertiseinpackagingdesign,materialselection,labelingsystems,andpackagingmachineryvalidation,particularlyinindustriessuchasmedicaldevicesandpharmaceuticals.

Managerelatedequipmentandprocessvalidationsasrequiredunderthe Qualitysystemchangecontrolprocess.

Coordinatetheintegrationofnewproductsandprocessesintothemanufacturingsystemsandprocesses.

• Design,develop,andoptimizepackagingsystems(pouches,blistertrays,cartons,labels,boxes,shrinkwraps,etc.)tomeetfunctional,quality,andregulatoryrequirements.
• Conductmaterialevaluation,testing,andselectionwithconsiderationforcompatibility,sustainability,manufacturability,durability,andcost.
• Leadorsupportroot‑causeinvestigationsandimplementimprovementsforpackaging-relatedperformanceissues.

• Leadorcontributetoprototypedesign,assembly,testing,andlinetrialstovalidatenewpackagingconcepts.
• Developandrefinepackagingmanufacturingprocesses,includingequipmentspecification,qualification,and validation.
• Collaboratecloselywith Engineering,Operations,Quality,Regulatory,andSupply
  
  Chaintoensuresmoothtechnologytransfertoproduction.

• Overseeinstallation,commissioning,operation,andmaintenancereadinessofpackagingmachineryandinspectionsystems(e.g.,vision systems,inlineverification).
• Troubleshootequipmentorsystemperformanceanddrivecorrectiveandpreventiveactionstomaintainefficiencyandquality.

• Integratequalityassuranceandcontrolrequirementsintopackagingandprocessdesign.
• Ensureadherencetotechnicalstandards,regulatory guidelines,andglobalpackaging/labellingregulations.
• Performorsupportriskassessments(pFMEA,QRA) forpackagingcomponentsandprocesses.

• Bachelor’sdegreeorhigherin
  
  Packaging
  
  Engineering,Mechanical Engineering,Materials Science,Industrial Engineering,orrelatedtechnicalfield.
• 5+yearsofexperienceinpackagingengineering,ideallywithinmedicaldevice,pharmaceutical,orotherregulatedmanufacturingenvironments.
• Strongunderstandingofpackagingmaterials(plastics,films,foils,paperboard,adhesives) andtheirperformancecharacteristics.
• Hands‑onexperiencewithpackagingequipment,automation systems,andvision/inspectionsystems(preferred).
• Workingknowledgeofequipmentqualificationandprocessvalidation(IQ/OQ/PQ),aswellasdesigncontrols.
• ExperiencewithCADtoolsandengineeringdocumentation(drawings,specifications,BOMs).
• Familiarity with Artwork Management Systemsandlabellingcompliancerequirements .
