Senior Product Engineer

Responsible for leading the Product Engineering team, supporting engineering projects, managing customer communication, and ensuring engineering activities are completed efficiently to meet business and customer requirements.

• Lead, supervise, and develop the Product Engineering team
• Assign engineering resources based on project priorities and business needs
• Monitor team performance and ensure engineering deliverables are completed on time
• Coach and mentor engineers to enhance technical and problem-solving capabilities
• Participate in customer meetings, technical reviews, and engineering discussions
• Support customer audits and factory visits
• Communicate technical issues, project status, and engineering solutions to customers
• Build strong technical relationships with customers and overseas engineering teams
• Manage engineering KPIs and department performance
• Prepare engineering reports and present project updates to management

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• Min. 5–8 years of experience in Product Engineering within the Wire Harness, SAS Cable, EMS, or FATP manufacturing industry
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Good command of English
• Strong experience in NPI, product transfer, customer technical support, and engineering project management
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
