- Prepares execution budgets, monitors daily costs, handles forecasting, and verifies vendor/subcontractor invoices. Escalates budget overruns to the PM/PCM.
- Forecasts client invoicing, compiles supporting documents, and manages variation orders from preparation to commercial meetings.
- Updates the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), submits and settles Material Take-Offs (MTO) with clients, and performs material reconciliation.
- Collaborates with the internal Project Team/Management, Clients, Subcontractors, and Vendors.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant quantity surveying experience within the same or similar industry (e.g., Oil & Gas, EPC, or heavy fabrication).
- Proficient in project cost control, contracts, and measurement practices.
