Packaging and Labeling Engineertoleadthedevelopment ,validation,andexecutionofpackagingandlabelingsolutionsforourproducts.

Thisroleinvolvesworkingwithvendorstobuildandvalidatingpackagingmachines,ensuringcompliancewithregulatoryrequirements,andoptimizingpackagingprocessestoimproveefficiencyandsustainability.

Theidealcandidatewillbringexpertiseinpackagingdesign,materialselection,labelingsystems,andpackagingmachineryvalidation,particularlyinindustriessuchasmedicaldevicesandpharmaceuticals.

Managerelatedequipmentandprocessvalidationsasrequiredunderthe Qualitysystemchangecontrolprocess.

Coordinatetheintegrationofnewproductsandprocessesintothemanufacturingsystemsandprocesses.

Design,develop,andoptimizepackagingsystems(pouches,blistertrays,cartons,labels,boxes,shrink wraps,etc.)tomeetfunctional,quality,andregulatoryrequirements.

Conductmaterialevaluation,testing,andselectionwithconsiderationforcompatibility,sustainability,manufacturability,durability,andcost.

Leadorsupportroot‑causeinvestigationsandimplementimprovementsforpackaging-relatedperformanceissues.

Leadorcontributetoprototypedesign,assembly,testing,andlinetrialstovalidatenewpackagingconcepts.

Developandrefinepackagingmanufacturingprocesses,includingequipmentspecification,qualification,andvalidation.

Collaboratecloselywith Engineering,Operations,Quality,Regulatory,andSupply

Chaintoensuresmoothtechnologytransfertoproduction.

Oversee installation,commissioning,operation,andmaintenancereadinessofpackagingmachineryandinspectionsystems(e.g.,vision systems,inlineverification).

Troubleshootequipmentorsystemperformanceanddrivecorrectiveandpreventiveactionstomaintainefficiencyandquality.

Integratequalityassuranceandcontrolrequirementsintopackagingandprocessdesign.

Ensureadherencetotechnicalstandards,regulatory guidelines,andglobalpackaging/labellingregulations.

Performorsupportriskassessments(pFMEA,QRA) forpackagingcomponentsandprocesses.

Create,review,andmanageproductartworkwithinthe

• Bachelor’sdegreeorhigherin
  
  Packaging
  
  Engineering,Mechanical Engineering,Materials Science,Industrial Engineering,orrelatedtechnicalfield.
• 2+yearsofexperienceinpackagingengineering,ideallywithinmedicaldevice,pharmaceutical,orotherregulatedmanufacturingenvironments.
• Strongunderstandingofpackagingmaterials(plastics,films,foils,paperboard,adhesives) andtheirperformancecharacteristics.
• Hands‑onexperiencewithpackagingequipment,automationsystems,andvision/inspectionsystems(preferred).
• Workingknowledgeofequipmentqualificationandprocessvalidation(IQ/OQ/PQ),aswellasdesigncontrols.
• ExperiencewithCADtoolsandengineeringdocumentation(drawings,specifications,BOMs).
• Familiarity with Artwork Management Systemsandlabellingcompliancerequirements .
