PCBA Repair Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics
, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of PCBA/SMT repair experience in electronics manufacturing.

Strong hands-on experience in SMT/DIP troubleshooting and repair
.

Good understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and common SMT/DIP defects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and corrective actions
.

Good knowledge of IPC-A-610 and preferably IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-7711/7721 standards.

Good knowledge of ESD protection requirements and 5S practices
.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
, including formulas and basic data analysis.

Good communication, teamwork, and reporting skills.

Willing to work shifts and overtime when required
