Job Description & How to Apply Below
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in SMT, ICT, or PCBA testing is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of SMT testing experience is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, ICT testing, or PCBA testing will also be considered.
- Familiarity with Keysight, Teradyne, TRI, Check Sum, or SPEA ICT testers is an advantage.
- Able to read PCB schematics and layouts.
- Able to use multimeters, LCR meters, and oscilloscopes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel formulas, charts, data analysis, and basic statistics.
- Experience with DIP lines, BMS, energy storage, automotive electronics, or automotive PCBA testing is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work in shifts and follow production schedules.
- Mandarin language ability is an advantage.
