BIM Modeller Data Center

Arbeit Group is currently supporting one of our clients in the Construction & Engineering industry to hire a BIM Modeler (MEP) for ongoing project needs in Jakarta. If you have strong experience in BIM modeling and coordination within construction projects, this opportunity could be a great fit.

• Create detailed 2D & 3D BIM models (MEP) using Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and related tools
• Prepare shop drawings and construction drawings for site execution
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues across disciplines
• Ensure models comply with project standards, specifications, and regulations
• Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, Designers, and site teams
• Update models based on field conditions and design changes
• Stay updated with BIM standards & tools

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
• 1-2 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling (Construction projects preferred)
• Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Experience using Navisworks is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and able to work independently & in a team
• Knowledge of data center standards is a must
