Finance Controller

Kabil Integrated Industrial Estate (KIIE) manages Citramas Group’s industrial estate which consists of PT. Kabil Indonusa Estate (KIE) and PT. Kabil Citranusa (KCN) located in Batam.

We are seeking a dedicated and highly committed candidate to fill position Finance Controller to manage and lead Finance & Accounting Department.

• Monitoring financial and accounting transactions like cash management, receivables, payables, banking, record transactions and inventory.
• Implement financial systems to monitor all the cash flow management, financial reporting, budgeting, internal control, financial record-keeping and accounting information consolidation.
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management.
• Manage Project Costing, including analysing financial data, developing cash flow projections and monitoring daily cash balances.
• Develop and maintain strategic plans for banking and treasury processes.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to management and stakeholders.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Liaise with other departments to obtain, verify and process relevant information for accounting and stock records.
• Assisting in monitoring commercial performance.
• Responsible for ensuring submission of tax filings and documents.
• Liaise with auditors and government authorities on financial reporting and tax obligations.

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economic Accountancy or Taxation or similar.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in related position.
• Proven experience in financial analysis & reporting, financial forecasting, cash flow & budgeting and banking financing.
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance & planning as well as its application, financial regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in the use of accounting/financial software & Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
