High Five is partnering with a rapidly expanding consumer business in Singapore that operates automated retail solutions across high-footfall locations such as transport hubs, malls, and campuses. The company is known for combining technology, operations excellence, and customer experience to deliver everyday consumer products at scale.

As they continue to grow, we’re looking for a Finance & Customer Service Executive based in Jakarta to remotely support their Singapore operations.

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
• Prepare monthly P&L reports and basic financial summaries.
• Pull and organize raw sales data from internal systems for reporting.
• Monitor key cost items and flag anomalies or overruns.

• Execute vendor and supplier payments with strong financial controls.
• Track payables and maintain cash flow visibility.
• Manage monthly payroll for Singapore-based staff.
• Handle statutory submissions and payments.

• Monitor and manage the customer support inbox.
• Respond to customer queries and complaints within defined SLAs.
• Process approved refunds and keep clear records.

• Solid background in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Experience handling payments, reimbursements, and payroll processes.
• High attention to detail, strong ownership, and integrity.
• Comfortable working remotely with cross-border teams.
• Full proficiency and confident in English.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn Singapore payroll and CPF processes.
• Candidates based in or live near Jakarta for operations supporting when needed.
