Recruiter Freelance - Sales

We are looking for a proactive Freelance Recruiter to help us source and hire qualified sales candidates. You will focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting qualified candidates based on the project requirements.

• Source potential candidates through any job channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates according to the requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews.
• Submit potential candidates along with basic screening notes.

• Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or freelance).
• Ability to source proactively using any recruitment platforms or databases.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices such as sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Able to work remotely.
