As they expand their operations, they are seeking a dynamic ERP Project Manager to lead their ERP implementation projects.

Position Overview: As an ERP Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing ERP implementation projects across various business units. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of ERP systems that meet our organizational needs. Your expertise in project management, ERP systems, and business processes will be crucial in delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; manage project resources effectively.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third‑party providers to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, and training activities.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate change management and ensure user adoption of the new ERP system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex ERP projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and business processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
