Nscale is seeking an Infrastructure IT Operations Engineer based in Batam, Riau Islands. You will oversee IT infrastructure, service delivery, and operational excellence across Batam sites, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of enterprise systems supporting critical Data Centre operations.
You will lead regional IT teams and vendors, enforce operational standards, manage incidents and changes, and drive continuous improvement in a mission‑critical environment.
