About the role:
We are looking for an IT staff to support the PCPartner Technology Indonesia company IT infrastructure, network, systems and daily IT operations. The role is responsible for maintaining network connectivity, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT equipment, and ensuring the availability and security of IT services.
What you'll be doing:- Perform routine maintenance and monitoring of the network
- Perform the installation, configuration and maintenance of several IT equipment
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve network-related issues
- Detect, prevent and address malware, viruses and other IT security threats
- Maintain office IT equipment and network ports
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, Network Administration or a similar position
- Good understanding of LAN, IP, network infrastructure and basic IT security
- Familiar with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and IT troubleshooting, as well as hardware, software, network devices and other IT peripherals
- Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing
