IT and Digital Business Partner - East Asia

Serve as the strategic IT and Digital Business Partner for the East Asia Zone Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization. Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and Schneider Digital, ensuring technology investments, digital initiatives, and operational services are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable value.

Drive digital transformation, operational excellence, business continuity, and innovation across Supply Chain functions including Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, and Customer Fulfillment.

• Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the trusted Digital and IT advisor to East Asia Zone GSC leadership teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders across Supply Chain functions.
• Understand business strategies, challenges, priorities, and growth ambitions, translating them into actionable digital roadmaps.
• Facilitate alignment between business objectives and Schneider Digital strategies, capabilities, and investments.
• Establish formal governance forums and regular stakeholder engagement sessions to review priorities, risks, project status, and opportunities.
• Proactively identify opportunities to leverage digital technologies, automation, analytics, AI, and emerging solutions to improve business outcomes.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for major incidents (P1/P2) impacting critical GSC operations and ensure timely resolution with relevant technical teams.
• Drive executive communication and stakeholder management during incidents, major changes, and transformation initiatives.
• Build a strong network across Global, Regional, and Local Schneider Digital teams to ensure effective support and delivery.
• Build trust with all imbedded Digital Transformation Team with the sites and guide them to innovate within the Governance guiderails
• Demand Management & Portfolio Governance
• Own the end-to-end Demand Management process for East Asia GSC.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, qualify, prioritize, and manage IT and digital demands.
• Ensure all demands are aligned with business strategy, resource availability, architecture standards, and budget requirements.
• Facilitate business case development, investment justification, and project approval processes.
• Lead demand review boards and governance forums to prioritize initiatives based on business value and strategic impact.
• Monitor project delivery progress, key milestones, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
• Partner with Finance and Business leaders to ensure adequate funding and budget planning for digital initiatives.
• Anticipate future technology needs and proactively develop strategic digital roadmaps with business stakeholders.
• Ensure successful transition from project delivery into operational support.
• Understand and communicate Global Digitization Goals and Objectives: match all local and zone initiatives with Global ambition
• ERP & Supply Chain Application Management
• Provide leadership for ERP and Supply Chain application support across the East Asia Zone.
• Act as the business-facing lead for SAP ERP and related Supply Chain platforms.
• Manage Change Requests (CRs), enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical, functional, and delivery teams to ensure effective and timely solution implementation.
• Ensure business applications remain stable, secure, compliant, and aligned with evolving business requirements.
• Lead requirement gathering, solution validation, user acceptance testing, and deployment readiness activities.
