We look to you to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable roadmaps, ensuring that every AI solution we build is ethical, transparent, and high-impact. • Strategic Roadmap Development: Collaborate with executive stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and align them with long-term business objectives and ROI targets.
• Governance Framework Design: Build and implement robust AI governance structures, including accountability models (RACI), policy guidelines, and ethical review processes.
• Regulatory Compliance &
  
  Risk Management:
  
  Lead cross-functional assessments to ensure alignment with global standards (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR, NIST RMF) and mitigate risks related to bias, privacy, and security.
• Ethical Oversight & Transparency: Develop rubrics for Model Explainability and Fairness, ensuring that AI-driven decisions are traceable, unbiased, and socially responsible.
• Organizational Change & Literacy: Facilitate workshops and training programs to bridge the "AI expertise barrier," fostering a culture of data-driven decision‑making and ethical AI adoption.

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law (Digital/Tech focus), Management Information Systems, or Ethics/Philosophy. An MBA or JD is highly preferred.
• Native Language:
  Native-level proficiency in your primary language is mandatory to navigate regional legal nuances and lead local stakeholder engagements.
• English Proficiency:
  Minimum
  B1 (Intermediate) level English to collaborate with our global community and interpret international regulatory frameworks.

2-3 years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or corporate governance with a focus on emerging technologies.
