That may involve interacting with suppliers or using the latest digital, analytics and forecasting tools to determine exactly how many units are needed in specific time frames, locations and configurations.

The Supply Chain Planning Manager, You Will
  • Manage 5+ direct reports including Supply Chain Planning Analysts, Engineers, and Logistics Planning Engineers. Lead the team to achieve corporate supply chain performance targets focused on inventory reduction, increased inventory turns, and improved order‑to‑delivery results.
  • Coordinate and manage a performance portfolio for multiple cross‑functional work teams deploying the Supply Chain Planning Process.
  • Develop and implement Batam Facility warehouse operational strategies, including layout, automation, and capacity planning.
  • Design and manage the end‑to‑end flow of materials from suppliers to customers, implement inventory strategies, oversee demand planning, supply planning, and Sales & Operations Planning processes.
  • Lead the Warehouse Transformation Project covering automation, storage capacity planning, and constraint analysis.
  • Support facility efforts to design and implement material packaging working orders and containerization solutions, ensuring 100% adherence of PPAP.
  • Take a facility‑wide view of supply chain planning processes and tools, coordinating the efforts of multiple teams across functions and divisions.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze demand data, develop material flow plans, and document data in the Plan for Every Part web tool.
  • Support pull material replenishment deployment, requiring knowledge of lean concepts and tools.
  • Ensure NPI and Engineering/Change Control process conformance, coordinating cross‑functional work teams.
  • Manage cross‑functional teams to achieve MQ or similar facility certifications.
  • Identify and resolve supply chain constraints by deploying root cause corrective actions.
The Successful Candidate Must Bring
  • Proficiency in English; local site language preferred.
  • University degree, preferably in Supply Chain and/or Logistics Management or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of eight to ten years progressively responsible supply chain job experience.
  • Experience and proficiency with SAP.
  • Experience in the development and deployment of Supply Chain processes.
Top Candidates Will Also Bring
  • Expertise in ERP systems and advanced planning tools, strong digital skills (PBI, Power Apps, etc.).
  • Warehouse transformation experience, especially on automation.
  • PFEP, Packaging solutions experience.
  • Knowledge of lean supply chain principles applied to pull replenishment, material flow, packaging, containerization, NPI, engineering change control, throughput efficiency.
  • Experience deploying 6 Sigma Project Management principles.
  • Excellent leadership skills to lead supply chain improvements while maintaining people focus.
  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • APICS CPIM or CSPC National Certification highly desired.

Batam, Kepulauan Riau
You will work in office and manufacturing shop‑floor environment. Domestic relocation is available for this position.
