Material Planner - Senior Officer

SP Manufacturing SG plan move the organization structure to Batam plan for supply chain and we are seeking an experienced Material Planner
- Senior Officer to join our team in Batam, Kota Riau Islands. This is a full‑time position that plays a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain and inventory management operations. As a Senior Officer, you will be responsible for strategic material planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization to ensure seamless production operations whilst minimizing costs. This role is integral to supporting our manufacturing operations and directly impacts our ability to meet production schedules and maintain operational efficiency across the organization.

• 5+ years of experience in material planning, procurement, or inventory management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain planning
• Strong proficiency with material planning software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or similar platforms
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience collaborating across functional departments
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and supply chain best practices
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members effectively
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Experience with Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory systems and lean manufacturing principles is advantageous
