Join our team and gain hands‑on experience in warehouse operations, process improvement, and supply chain optimization within a manufacturing environment. The intern will work closely with the Warehouse Process Specialist to support projects related to inventory management, material flow optimization, warehouse digitalization, automation initiatives, and data analytics.

What will you do:
  • Support warehouse process improvement and continuous improvement projects.
  • Analyze inventory data, KMIN/KMAX parameters, and material flow performance.
  • Assist in cycle count activities and inventory accuracy improvement initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, SOPs, and process documentation.
  • Support warehouse digitalization and automation projects, including AGV implementation.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, production, planning, and logistics teams on operational improvement initiatives.
What qualifications will make you successful:
  • Undergraduate student in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis).
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and willing to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Lean Manufacturing, or process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
  • Available for a 1-year internship period.
  • Willing to be based in Batam and work on‑site.
