Procurement Executive (Based

We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Executive within property industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting Project and Procurement operations for our properties and projects in Batam, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining high standards of Procurement Management.

• Monitor inward of shipment/goods
• Warehouse store keeping and audit
• Sourcing of new local suppliers
• Assist procurement team
• Site coordination with other team
• Maintain safe and healthy warehouse environment

• Minimum Diploma degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience 3 years as a Procurement Executive. Property industry experience will be an advantage
• Warehouse experience in property industry will be an advantage
• A strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken is a must. Mandarin is a plus.
• High integrity and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
