Carried out preventive maintenance program to improve the facility machine up time
Support servicing and maintaining on facility machines such as washing machine, RO System, Chambers and chiller tank
Support inspect/ repair equipments on facility reduce unplanned downtime
Support checking, testing and maintaining safety equipments such as fire extinguisher and alarm syate,
RequirementsDiploma/ bachelor in engineering or equivalent
2-3 years experience in building maintenance or facilities operations
Strong understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
Proficient in MS Office, skilled reporting and maintenance checklist
Detail oriented problem solver with strong communication skills
