Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Familiarize and implement the procedures as stated in the PM Manual
Project monitoring in strategically manner in MEP area
Generate brief program with PM and meet project deadlines related to MEP works execution.
Promote energy efficiency and other sustainability issues
Ensure that all building services meet technical standards and local authority regulations
Liaise with MEP consultants, service engineers & technicians, surveyors, architectural construction professionals.
To be understandable of product/ materials and equipment to be used in various systems.
To be aware of installation methods & correct sequence of work
Prepare reports, drawings and technical specifications
Carry out tests on systems and make changes to plans where necessary
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Perform other tasks as required

Quality Control and Defect Management
Material and Equipment Inspection
Testing, Commissioning, and Statutory Inspections
