General Manager Subsea

The General Manager position involves total responsibility for performance of the plant, its budgets and personnel. It requires active participation in developing and maintaining the business unit’s plans, strategies and policies in cooperation with managers in APAC. A core duty is to optimize and follow up manufacturing processes and to deliver high quality finished products to agreed times and costs. The General Manager is responsible for the daily operations of all disciplines from engineering and procurement to finance and HR including:

• Overall responsibility for HSE
• Plant profit and loss
• Coordination of functions and departments to optimize output and minimize costs
• Facility management
• Reporting
• Investment and maintenance programs
• Cost effective and optimized production processes
• Use of ERP (SAP) and CAM (Edge CAM) systems
• Adherence to AKS execution models and policies
• Quality standards and systems in accordance with API and ISO
• Coaching and development of people
