About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse located in Batam Riau Islands.
What you'll be doing- Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, dispatch).
- Manage inventory accuracy and stock control.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safety procedures.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years warehouse or inventory management experience.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Familiar with inventory systems and basic MS Office.
