Incoming Quality Control

What you'll be doing

• Ensure safety and 5S compliance at the working station.
• Adhere to SOP in assigned processes.
• Perform incoming inspection of Tobacco and Non‑Tobacco material and ensure compliance with material specifications.
• Perform "Twice a week Tobacco Inspection" and ensure compliance with material specifications.
• Timely feedback on non‑conformity findings during incoming inspections.
• Follow up on Non‑Conformance material findings during in‑process.
• Other work and tasks assigned by QC leader/supervisor.

• Minimum High School education.
• At least 2 years IQC experience in manufacturing, preferably from cigarette manufacturing.
• Familiarity with measuring equipment (digimatic caliper, micrometer, analytical balance, moisture analyzer, pin gauge).
• Willing to work shifts.
• Basic computer skill (MS Excel).
• Preferable smoker.
• Preferable experience handling Non‑Conformance material in incoming and in‑process.
• Experience in tobacco incoming inspection and tobacco process inspection is an added advantage.
