Senior Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

Manage manpower and production resources to achieve daily output targets and drive continuous process improvement.

Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve workforce motivation, retention, and KPI achievement.

Provide engineering support for product development, production activities, and process optimization.

Lead productivity improvement and environmental enhancement projects in the manufacturing area.

Develop, maintain, and implement PFMEA and Process Control Plans on the shop floor.

Support and oversee electro‑mechanical assembly operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Ensure all production staff comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

Drive and sustain 5S practices to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

Enforce shop floor discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.

Ensure compliance with IATF, ISO, and relevant UN regulatory requirements.

• Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years’ experience, or
• Diploma in Mechatronics / Electrical with minimum 5 years’ experience, or
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Production Supervisor
• Experience in a manufacturing / production environment is preferred
• Multilingual:
  Proficient in English, Bahasa Indonesia (Malay), and Mandarin to communicate with China-based suppliers/customers and Indonesian staff
• Willing to be stationed in Batam, Indonesia
