• Programming soldering machine such as wave, selective solder and other BE machine.
• Design and optimize wave soldering processes for new and existing products, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
• Productivity improvement and reduce defects during wave, selective solder, coating and other BE machine process.
• Process validation, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting defects, and collaborating with other teams.
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• Report quality problems or defects to the manager or a member of senior management to implement corrective action and avoid recurrence.
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

• Minimum Diploma in an Engineering field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same position.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of wave, selective solder, coating and other BE equipment and process.
• Good technical and process analysis skills.
• Training: IPC‑A‑610, Wave and Selective Soldering Machine.
• Knowledge of soldering process, flux and solder properties, coating process, troubleshooting, problem solving, and process optimization.
