Analyze manufacturing data (cycle time, productivity, yield, OEE, FTQ, labor) to drive process optimization, standard time accuracy, capacity planning, and continuous improvement through data‑driven decisions.
Drive manufacturing process optimization by improving line layout, workflow, cycle time, manpower, and standard methods to increase efficiency, quality, throughput, and cost performance while supporting new product introduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead and manage process improvement projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost‑effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams including production, quality, R&D, and maintenance to align process improvements with company objectives.
Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot process issues, resolve operational problems, and implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain detailed records of process changes, improvements, project status and prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, with minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
Proficient in process simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and industry‑specific tools (e.g. AutoCAD, 3D software, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), lines stabilization and standardization, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, SMED, JIT). Prepare documents for Production line such as Flow Chart, PFMEA and Work Instruction.
Strong understanding of new product development process, design new process related concept like ideal factory line layout, workstations to support introduce new project successfully in factory.
Ability to perform under high pressure, result oriented and good trouble shooting capability. Fluent in English reading, speaking and written, solid skill for Microsoft office.
Good attitude, adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi‑task and seek continuous improvement, active listening, presentation skills.
