• Operate and maintain machining equipment to produce precision parts as per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ensure components meet required quality standards and are delivered on time to support production.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and keep machines in good working order.
• Optimize machine operation for efficiency and material usage.

• Operate various machining equipment such as milling, turning, drilling, and surface grinding machines.
• Set up machines, adjust tools, and verify first‑piece approval before production run.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators) to verify part accuracy.
• Carry out simple modifications or finishing operations on machined parts.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Maintain proper documentation for production and inspection records.
• Support production team by ensuring parts are machined and supplied on time.
• Adhere to workplace safety and 5S standards.
