Product Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer to join our team at PT Bizlink Technology Indonesia in Batam Kota, Riau Islands. As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire cable assembly and wire harness production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement. This full‑time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

• Design and develop cable assembly and wire harness products to meet customer requirements.
• Manage the production lifecycle, from prototyping to mass production.
• Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure products meet all relevant safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Product Engineer in a manufacturing company; experience in cable assembly or wire harness industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of cable/wire harness design, production, and testing.
• Proficient in CAD software and manufacturing process analysis tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English;
  Mandarin fluency is a plus.
