Position: Production Manager (Textile)

Manufacturing Engineer – Subsea Production Process and Equipment Manufacturing

Driving Commercial Excellence Through Lean Manufacturing.

This role supports manufacturing processes in Subsea X‑Mass Tree assembly and testing with a focus on integrity, safety, and quality. The manufacturing engineer follows an individual work plan, meets short‑term objectives, and resolves issues in the Assembly and Test Shop.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage T&A equipment.
  • Create manufacturing order routing and ensure required procedures support the production process.
  • Prepare rework routing under NCR to provide WI and appropriate procedures.
  • Establish standard cycle time for manufacturing processes and monitor actual achievement.
  • Prepare tooling to optimize performance on quality and quantity.
  • Coordinate problem‑solving on tooling and fixture/test equipment application.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of manufacturing variances.
  • Perform statistical analysis of manufacturing performance reporting.
  • Monitor receiving, asset tracking, storage, and preservation of test equipment.
  • Implement pressure testing equipment 705 procedure in the Batam site, including test equipment tracking, inspection, and maintenance, quarantine of inactive/incompliant test equipment, and storage and preservation.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge in mechanical engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Material Engineering.
  • Prior experience with Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
  • Prior experience with Oil & Gas Manufacturing such as Surface Valves, X‑Mass Tree, and Subsea X‑Mass Tree is preferred.
  • Understanding of Test & Assembly Processes (FAT, eFAT, SIT, SRT, etc.) is preferred.
  • Understanding of pressure test equipment.
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and provide efficient solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Terminal Stamping Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Terminal Stamping Engineer to develop, optimize, and maintain high‑precision metal stamping processes for terminal products. The role ensures product quality, improves manufacturing efficiency, and supports new product introductions within a fast‑paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain precision terminal stamping processes and progressive dies to meet quality and productivity targets.
  • Lead die trials, process validation, and troubleshooting, ensuring stable and efficient mass production.
  • Analyze and resolve production issues (e.g., defects, downtime, inefficiencies) with strong root‑cause methodology.
  • Continuously improve product quality, yield, and process capability (CPK) while reducing scrap and cost.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI), including feasibility analysis, process design, and cross‑functional coordination (R&D, Quality, Production).
  • Collaborate with tooling, maintenance, and production teams to ensure optimal die performance and longevity.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) within stamping operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in terminal stamping or precision metal stamping engineering.
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of progressive die structure, stamping processes, and material behavior.
