QA Supervisor

• Ensure effective use of materials, equipment and personnel while making products at a high quality level.
• Support and assist manager within the operating budget.
• Monitor and manage daily production floor activities.
• Meet customer schedule delivery date based on plan.
• Provide training to operators.
• Ensure that all the production schedules are met at a specified given time.
• Ensure that quality and productivity are always implemented on the manufacturing floor.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline subject.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to operate MS Office.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Electronics Manufacturing Service (PCBA).
