Manufacturing Technician

Entry‑level role supporting manufacturing operations by assisting production, troubleshooting basic equipment/process issues, and ensuring equipment reliability under direct supervision. Acts as first responder to system alarms and supports maintenance and engineering activities.

• Support production operators to ensure smooth daily operations
• Respond to system alarms and assist in basic troubleshooting
• Execute tasks per standard work instructions and procedures
• Assist in root cause analysis and elevate issues when required
• Participate in preventive and predictive maintenance activities
• Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and quality records
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and GMP requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

• High School Diploma, Vocational Training, or equivalent
• No prior working experience required (entry‑level)

• Basic PLC and automation concepts
• Basic motion control and machine vision knowledge
• Understanding of automation components (sensors, actuators, IO)
• Basic pneumatics knowledge
• Basic troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Basic statistics for process monitoring

• OOP understanding
• Exposure to TwinCAT, Sysmac, Siemens TIA Portal, Keyence
• Basic robotics knowledge (ABB / Epson)

• Basic materials and machining knowledge
• Understanding of automated assembly processes
• Familiarity with DFM, DFA, GD&T

• Basic manufacturing principles, EHS awareness
• Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis mindset
• Ability to follow procedures and work under supervision
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

• Lean Six Sigma (advantage)

Onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
