Biz Link Group in Batam, Indonesia, seeks a Production Process Engineer to support process development, production readiness, line optimization, and capacity planning to improve manufacturing efficiency.
You will design and optimize production processes, establish SOPs, conduct line balancing, improve layout, and help with manpower and equipment capacity. The role requires 3–5 years in IE/PE within relevant industries and strong English proficiency.
