Responsible for supporting process development, production readiness, line optimization, and capacity planning to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
Job Responsibilities- Support NPI, sample builds, pilot runs, and mass production readiness
- Design and optimize production processes and manufacturing flow
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process standards
- Conduct line balancing and workstation optimization
- Improve production layout to maximize efficiency and material flow
- Establish Standard Time (ST) and calculate production capacity
- Support production planning by determining manpower and equipment capacity
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Min. 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering within the Wire Harness, Cable Assembly, or EMS industry
- Good command of English
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, line balancing, capacity planning, and productivity improvement
