PT Indo Kreasi Grafika (IKG) in Batam seeks a Development Manager to lead and refine pre-press workflows, ensuring accurate file checks, trapping, imposition, CTP calibration, and RIP settings across multiple presses.
You will establish colour profiles for diverse substrates and printing technologies, drive colour consistency to meet standards (Fogra, G7, ISO 12647-2), and provide technical leadership on print issues while collaborating with production to reduce makeready time and improve OEE.
