Technician ( Packer; Tobacco

To support the achievement of production volumes by ensuring uninterrupted supply of production machinery at required parameters in the operation and maintenance, in accordance to standards, policies and procedures, manufacturer’s recommendation as well as government regulatory requirements.

• Operate as technician to support production and services during the production activities, technical services activities and maintenance.
• Ensure availability of production machinery and equipment.
• Ensure the implementation and completion of projects as compliance to scope of work, specifications, and timing.
• Utilize tools and equipment productively, maintain in good condition and make available at any time for use.
• Execute all maintenance work based on the procedures and requirements of asset management.
• Performs the tasks of maintenance planning.
• Perform and analyzes maintenance work orders.
• Performs other tasks he is qualified to do and as assigned by his superiors.

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience min 5 years in Tobacco Manufacturing at secondary production (SMD packing machine / HLP),
• A high degree of interpersonal skills will be necessary to establish credentials and to pass on knowledge and experience to other team members
• Good and strong communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of technical, fault finding, and maintenance techniques
