Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in MES system maintenance, implementation, technical support, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Experience in electronics manufacturing, SMT, assembly, or related industries is highly preferred.
Good understanding of MES system architecture and core modules
, including data collection, production traceability, process control, and reporting.
Able to perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and issue diagnosis independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
, including formulas and data analysis.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Good cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.
Willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment
, including shift work and emergency support when required.
