Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant DIP/PCBA manufacturing experience.
Hands-on experience with DIP, wave soldering, AOI, and PCB assembly processes
.
Good knowledge of soldering defects, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
Familiar with IPC-A-610 and ESD requirements
.
Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel, formulas, and basic data analysis
.
Able to read BOM, Gerber files, work instructions, and process specifications.
Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
