Quality Engineering, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Manufacturing Engineer
We are hiring a dedicated 6S Management Specialist to be fully responsible for implementing, inspecting, improving, and elevating the company's workshop 6S standards. Your goal is to build standardized site management, improve the working environment, and enhance overall efficiency and safety.
Key responsibilities
Plan, promote, train, oversee, and continuously improve the 6S system (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) across all workshop areas.
Develop and update 6S standards, inspection checklists, scoring criteria, and corrective action procedures.
Conduct regular scheduled and special inspections; identify issues, document findings, issue improvement notices, and follow up until full compliance is achieved.
Establish assessment, rating, and public notification systems to drive participation and maintain long-term improvement.
Organize 6S training, awareness campaigns, assessment activities, and summary meetings to foster a culture of cleanliness, order, and safety.
Read, write, and type Chinese fluently for preparing all 6S-related documents, standards, checklists, reports, and notices.
Communicate, write, and present effectively in English; produce bilingual documentation and ensure clear understanding across all levels.
Provide clear on-site guidance and explain 6S requirements to workshop personnel accurately.
Use knowledge of production processes, workflow, and layout to optimize workspace design, material placement, tool organization, and work sequence.
Identify process inefficiencies, waste, and safety risks; propose practical improvements that align with both 6S standards and operational needs.
About you
Must be fluent in Chinese — capable of reading, writing, and typing Chinese proficiently.
Fluent in English for both written and spoken workplace communication.
Solid knowledge of 6S principles, standards, and implementation methods; able to independently create standards, conduct inspections, drive corrections, and deliver training.
Experience in production processes, manufacturing technology, workflow optimization, or related technical fields is a strong plus.
Detail-oriented, principled, fair, proactive, and persuasive.
Comfortable working on-site, communicating with staff at all levels, and enforcing standards consistently.

Competitive salary based on skills and experience.
Stable full-time position focused on meaningful improvement work.
Clear role and growth path.
Professional working environment.
