Position: HSE Supervisor (Lifting experience)

We are looking for 1 HSE Supervisor with the following below:

This position is responsible for ensuring and monitoring the safety and health of everyone in the workplace, assessing risks, designing strategies to reduce potential workplace hazards, and supervising the implementation of safe work practices. The role plays an active part in implementing procedures related to QHSE to improve quality, maintain work safety and protect the environment.

Key responsibilities

Enforce K3L culture and regulations in the workplace in accordance with health and safety stipulated by law, and monitor, analyze and evaluate ongoing K3L programs, including preventive and corrective actions taken
Audit equipment, work tools and equipment, and workplaces, and first aid and handling equipment, used to ensure there is no danger to the safety and health of workers
Identify and map all forms of potential dangers that may occur in the company's business processes and key issues, and manage the reports required for company management
Identify and assess risks and hazards in the workplace, and control measures that must be implemented to reduce these risks and hazards, and make proposals for necessary changes
Conduct regular work site inspections, and plan ongoing reviews of work and safe work processes
Ensure completeness of work equipment documents, and carry out inspection of work equipment together with the Client and/or Surveyor, before activities begin
Assess and inspect lifting arrangements made by the internal operational team and by the client/subcont/contractor
Monitor and assess the implementation of hazard and risk controls consistently and continuously, with established safe work procedures and practices
Conduct investigations into Safety Events and/or work accidents that occur in the workplace, and prepare reports and related information to Management, no more than 2x24 hours
Organize and provide K3L training for Company employees and executives

About you

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent or higher
Minimum 5 years working in the HSE field
Have a General AK3 Certificate and equivalent level
Experienced and certified as a Transport Lifting Aircraft Expert with a minimum of 2 years experience in making lifting arrangements
Experienced and has ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certificates
Good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Good strategic thinking and analytical skills
Good leadership and team management skills
Good knowledge of MS Office packages and databases
Ability to work effectively with others
