Precision Production Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Precision Spring Production Engineer to join our manufacturing plant in Batam, Indonesia. We are seeking a hands-on professional who can operate equipment independently and lead the production of compression, extension, and torsion springs.

Key responsibilities

Production and manufacturing of compression springs, extension springs, and torsion springs

Hands-on setup, operation, parameter adjustment, and maintenance of spring manufacturing machinery (coiling machines, grinders, heat treatment furnaces, etc.)

Quality control, process improvement, and technical optimization for higher production efficiency

Providing technical guidance and on-the-job training (OJT) to local operators

About you

Minimum 3 years of experience in precision spring production or manufacturing engineering

Capable of independently operating, setting up, and tuning machinery for compression, extension, and torsion springs

Able to work in Batam, with willingness to relocate from anywhere within Indonesia

Ability to design molds or read detailed engineering drawings related to spring manufacturing

Basic communication skills in English or Indonesian

Prior experience in team leadership or mentoring junior staff
