Planner, Manufacturing ​/ Production, Quality Engineering

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Planner to develop, coordinate, and execute optimal production plans, ensuring smooth manufacturing operations and on-time delivery.

Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules

Coordinate with procurement for material requirement planning (MRP)

Optimize capacity planning and resource utilization

Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed

Analyze inventory levels to ensure continuity of production and minimize carrying costs

Track and report on key production and planning metrics

Interface with sales, production, and quality teams to meet customer demands

Maintain and analyze data within the planning system (e.g., SAP)

Diploma's degree (D3) in Engineering, Logistics, or related fields

Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management

Proficient in operating Microsoft Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel

Solid understanding and experience with the SAP system

Excellent written and spoken English proficiency

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Willing to work in Batam, Indonesia
