ESD Technician

• Maintain and calibrate ESD monitoring devices and testing equipment。
• Troubleshoot and resolve ESD-related issues affecting production operations。
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and calibration when required。
• Provide refresher training to manufacturing personnel regarding ESD handling requirements。
• Conduct ESD awareness training for new employees, contractors, and visitors
• Promote ESD best practices and continuous awareness throughout the facility。
• Maintain ESD records, audit reports, corrective actions, and compliance documentation。
• Track ESD audit findings and ensure effective closure of corrective and preventive actions。
• Prepare ESD performance reports and metrics for management review

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's in electronics or electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing, PCBA, EMS, or Semiconductor industries。
• Experience managing or supporting an ESD S20.20 Control Program is preferred。
• Experience with ESD audits and ANSI/ESD standards is highly desirable
