Responsible in maintaining NCR/OR and CAR/PAR are log and followed-up for immediate close-up
Communicate issues related to product quality, disposition of non-conforming products and escalations
Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation
Facilitate data collection for evaluation and analysis
Assist in conducting internal audit
Qualification
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in related field
Knowledge of measuring instruments, calibration requirements, measurement uncertainty, and measurement traceability
Knowledge ISO 9001:2015, API Specification Q1 is advantage
Understand SPC, Pareto analysis, control charts, risk assessment, and basic statistical analysis
Certified internal auditor of ISO 9001, or API Q1 is advantage
Understand ASME B16.5 (Flanges) and ASME Section IX (Welding Qualifications) is advantage
