Our Client is an established robotics solutions company that has been developing advanced robotic technologies since 2016. The company specializes in asset tracking, inventory control, anomaly detection, and fully interactive robots for concierge and tour guide services.
Its proprietary robotic solutions are designed and built in-house and are currently deployed across museums, libraries, and columbariums. The company is expanding into additional sectors including warehouses, retail, airports, and shopping malls, delivering its offerings through a Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) model.
To support continued growth and market expansion, Our Client is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute its marketing initiatives.
Role OverviewThe Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, support sales initiatives, and drive customer growth. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Report directly to the CEO or a senior executive designated by the CEO
- Conduct market research and support marketing collaborations and partnerships
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, including:
Company and product brochures and Price lists - Corporate and product presentations
- Customer testimonials and reference materials
- Produce marketing content for the website and social media platforms, including videos
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, campaign outcomes, and customer growth
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with sales teams and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, preferably with a specialization in Marketing
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, proactive, and self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with video editing tools
- Experience working in a technology‑driven or B2B environment is an advantage
