Responsibilities- Assist Management Representative for ISO 9001 & IATF 1649
- Effectiveness implementation in company
- Audit activity such ISO 7 IATF re-certification/surveillance audit, customer, internal and supplier audit
- Responsible for quality operation from IQC, IPQC, OQC, FAI carried out based on procedure
- Customer complaint handling including 8D report, NCR and CAPA report
- Liaise with customer in respect to all quality requirement and target
- Non conforming product review, MRB disposition, NCR implementation
- FAI submission based on customer schedule and requirements IATF documents such APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA & SPC
- Managed Gauging & Equipment calibration system
